Not being a grizzled vet myself, I found myself starting out a Paragon and ran into a noob asking questions. I spent time helping him out, walked him though the first mission (we did it as a group), giving him tips and how to plays as we went, and when we made it to Kamadan, gave him some cash and crafting materials to get better armor. Took some time, but I wasn't poor (or at least I thought I wasn't) at the time, and he was quite greatfull (and actualy thought I was a GM for a while).

Of course, i ended up getting a fine guild member back out of it, so it ended up being win win
